IV services have become a mainstay in the medical industry, offering an easy fix for minor ailments such as dehydration, vitamin supplementation, and illnesses to mitigate symptoms.
You'll be seen by a retired Police Detective, experienced and knowledgeable Paramedic, Dive Medic Technician, and American Heart Association Instructor you can trust. Our vitamins are sourced by reputable pharmacies like Olympia, Empower, and Staska, then kept within range for temperature control and expiration, meeting and exceeding national pharmaceutical standards. At Independent Mobile Medical, we adhere to strict guidelines set forth by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Standard Myer's Cocktail: $200
This is the package you need for hydration, fatigue, immune health, migraines, and fun weekends.
Includes: 1 Liter Normal Saline OR Lactated Ringers
Glutathione: 400 mg
Magnesium: 200 mg
Vitamin B12: 1 mg
Vitamin B Complex: 1 ml
Zinc: 10 mg
Vitamin C: 1000 mg
Additional Medications: $10 each

NAD+: 50 cents per mg plus the cost of fluids

Max Myer's Cocktail: $300
This is the package you need anytime you're sick, with an added blast of vitamins to curb your symptoms and get you back on track sooner than later.

Please Note:
Receiving one of our IVs will not cure any disease or injury. Instead, the hydration, vitamins and medications may mitigate the symptoms you're experiencing. I've had clients request an IV for "leg pain", which can be relieved by medications such as Toradol, but it won't fix a broken leg. I will never jeopardize someone's health for the opportunity to bill for an IV. If I believe you need to be seen by a physician with diagnostic capabilities, I will discuss that with you by phone or in person.
Medications such as Zofran, Dexamethasone, Pepcid, Benadryl, and Toradol can be added to either of our packages depending on your symptoms and contraindications. NAD+ is also available for half the cost of local competition, who typically charge up to a dollar per milligram. Each initial visit with treatment recommendation is approved by a local licensed, board certified emergency physician.
